Fairwood Residence Adult Family Home, LLC We are committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to the residents, we serve and preserving each resident's dignity as a human being. Here at Fairwood Residence AFH we support our resident's ability to live as independently and safely as possible, the social, physical and emotional well-being, the resident's ability to have a choice and control over his/her environment and the ability to have control over decisions about what services he/she receives, when and how services are given. It is our goal to work together with families and residents to create a long-lasting, and happy relationship, also to work with you and your family to help us provide the best service for you. It is more important to us to see you happy and to make you feel at home here at Fairwood Residence Adult Family Home. We develop a care plan that coordinates a range of services to support the resident's independence, self-direction, and participation in decisions.
